Q's?
Below are some frequently asked questions I get from those looking to book me. If I haven't covered your question(s) below, give us a message!
Frequently asked questions:
Can we meet up before we book you?
Yes, of course! I am always up for discussing your plans for your wedding over Zoom, or even better - a cuppa and cake.
What is your shooting style?
I'd say creative, candid and chilled. I don't like posing you or making you stand in awkward positions - but sometimes I may direct you.
How far will you travel?
I love travelling! And I would absolutely love to explore more venues, across the UK and abroad. So you pick the venue and I'll be there.
How long do we have to wait for the photos?
I usually say up between six to eight weeks from your wedding, depending on my editing pile.
Will you visit the venue before the wedding day?
I rarely visit the venue pre-wedding. I'll be there from bridal prep to after the first dance, so will have plenty of time to scout out the best spots for photos before the fun begins!
Do we have to feed you?
Of course you don't have to! But if you're able to, I always appreciate it. If you're not able to, I can order from the bar or bring a packed lunch.
How do we receive the images?
You'll receive your high-res, fully edited images via a password protected online gallery. Then you can chose your favourite 20, which I will print and add to your personalised wooden USB box.
We want lots of group photos, can you do that?
I always suggest my couples write a short list if there's any particular group shots you'd like e.g elderly family members or guests that have travelled. But let's keep that list short and sweet!
I hate having my photo taken. HELP?!
Very few people actually enjoy having their photos taken - me included! But that's why I offer a pre wedding shoot. Getting to know me a bit will make you feel a lot more comfortable in front of the camera.
When do we pay the final balance?
The final balance is to be paid four weeks before your wedding. However, you can choose to pay it beforehand if that's easier for you.
Are you insured?
Yes. For both public liability and professional indemnity. Though thankfully I haven't needed to use any - yet!
